Omni Oklahoma City Hotel

I especially liked the breakfast restaurant during our stay. The staff was careful with our special needs order. One server was Amanda and the other was Alyssa. They were perfect and so kind. These two young ladies deserve 5 stars. The omelette was fantastic.

I stayed here for a convention. The building itself is exactly what you'd expect for an Omni. Clean, nice, and upscale. Bob's down stairs is great too. But the real asset at this Omni was the staff. I had a dental issue and had to go to a local dentist for a 2hr painful repair. I was exhausted and sore from the dental work. I ordered room service, chicken noodle soup, and it hit the spot. I then proceeded to lock myself out of my room in just shorts and a t-shirt. No phone or wallet. I called the desk using the phone by the elevator and security had me back in my room with 5 minutes. I made a comment on Omni's feedback page on their website thanking them. I told them about my crap day and how they'd helped make it more bearable. The next day, a staff member dropped off a card with a bunch of kind words. It was pretty awesome of them. It wasn't a great trip for me, but it was an awesome hotel experience. Also, shout out to Dental 32 in OKC for fixing me up the same day!

We love Omni properties — not just the one in Norman, but most of the locations we’ve stayed at. The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel was no exception. It’s modern, luxurious, and has a great overall atmosphere. The food and dining options were very good, and we especially enjoyed the cocktails and appetizers. The property felt very safe and well maintained. The rooftop pool was beautiful — very crowded when we visited in September, but still a great experience. One of my favorite parts was the large, oversized room and the gorgeous bathroom with gold accents. We truly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back!

Had a phenomenal experience at the Omni OKC. No better hotel to stay for a Thunder’s game as the arena is literally across the street. Chase at the front desk was great along with the rest of the staff. I visited part of the Amex program, front desk knew all the benefits and educated me throughout the stay. Hotel is beautiful, many restaurants, pool is gorgeous although it was too cold to enjoy. Did not use valet but the guys were helpful and courteous at all times. Will recommend and visit again!

The Omni OKC is our home away from home! We stay with them several times throughout the year and have never been disappointed. The staff is so friendly and helpful from the minute you pull up to check in until you check out and get in the car to leave. The front desk staff are wonderful! During the Christmas season they have a letter drop for Santa if you're traveling with kids, the lobby is always beautifully decorated and it really adds to the holiday atmosphere. The rooms are always very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The Tap House has a great menu and fun atmosphere. The Basin Bar (lobby) is a great place for a quick drink and appetizer. Bob's Steakhouse is great for a romantic dinner or to celebrate! I always leave feeling a little bit spoiled!

Best hospitality, accommodations, and location of any hotel I’ve been to ever. They have great restaurants on-site. They are right next to the OKC Thunder, parks, and convention center. Their staff are super friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again when I’m in town!

Beautiful hotel with a great staff. Everyone there was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were very comfortable. Pool area is very nice, with a great looking bar inside (closed while I was there). Well equipped gym and spa (didn't use either, but they looked nice). Great bar in the hotel lobby, although it was a bit pricey. It is a bit removed from restaurants and attractions, so prepare to Uber if you don't have a vehicle. They do have a sports bar and a fancy steakhouse on-site. I was in town for a tradeshow at the convention center and the location was very convenient. I will definitely stay here for the next show in August.

I had a great experience at the Mokara Spa! Everything was so relaxing and the staff made me feel welcome right away. The valet service was seamless, and Forrest G was especially friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
